“I am happy and humbled…” Vyjayantimala Bali expresses gratitude on receiving Padma Vibhushan Award

New Delhi, May 09, (ANI): Veteran actor Vyjayantimala Bali was conferred with Padma Vibhushan by President of India Droupadi Murmu on May 09. Vyjayanthimala received the award in the field of art from President Droupadi Murmu during the Civil Investiture Ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi. On being conferred the Padma Vibhushan, veteran actor Vyjayantimala Bali says, "I have to thank my god for his compassion, kindness, and mercy... It's our Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji and the Government of India who have recognised my art- dance as well as films. I received the Padma Shri in 1969, and now Padma Vibhushan is a very big thing. I am happy and humbled to receive this award."
