Earthquake of magnitude 3.5 hits Assam's Lakhimpur

Lakhimpur (Assam) [India], January 10 : An earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale struck Lakhimpur district in Assam, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS).
According to the NCS, the earthquake occurred at 01:30 hours IST at a depth of 10 kilometres.
