111 labs across country functional from today for coronavirus testing: Govt

New Delhi, Mar 21 (ANI): Joint Secretary of Health Ministry, Lav Agarwal on March 21 said the Director General of ICMR had a discussion with states to make 111 labs functional across the country for testing of coronavirus. Lav Agarwal said, “111 labs across the country will be functional from today. A discussion has been going on with private sector labs as well. A detailed order regarding the same will be released by today evening.” Union Health Ministry has informed that a total of 298 cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the country. Out of the total number, four people have died and 22 others have been recovered.
