27 arrested, over 1000 detained in Delhi violence so far: Joint CP

New Delhi, Mar 03 (ANI): While speaking to ANI in the national capital on March 03, the Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police, Alok Kumar, said, “More than 400 FIRs have been registered in Delhi violence matter. We do not want that any incident should leave unreported and are working in that direction.” “We have arrested 27 people by now and 1060 have been detained under different sections. The atmosphere of fear is getting over in people’s mind slowly and steadily,” he added. On reports that BJP leader Kapil Mishra has been given 'Y' Category security cover, Joint CP further stated that no security has been provided to BJP leader Kapil Mishra.
