2nd COVID surge not over: Union Health Ministry

New Delhi, Sep 09 (ANI): The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on September 09 said that India is still witnessing 2nd surge of COVID-19. “43,263 reported in last 24 hours, over 32,000 from Kerala. Almost 68% of total cases in last week are from Kerala. Overall declining trend is a little less than 50% which was there in 1st wave. We're still witnessing 2nd surge, it's not over,” said MoHFW Secretary Rajesh Bhushan.
