4 passengers with 'home quarantine stamp' found defying isolation, caught from train in Palgarh

Palgarh (MP), Mar 18(ANI): On March 18, 4 passengers were de-boarded from Garib Rath train in Palgarh. All four passengers had 'home quarantine stamp' on their hands and were defying the protocol. As reported, the four passengers had flown down from Germany and were heading to Surat.
