New Delhi, May 02 (ANI): A day after senior AAP leader Durgesh Pathak claimed that the Municipal Corporation awarded a school upkeep tender to a non-existent non-governmental organisation (NGO) and then pushed government workers to collect payments for it, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on May 02 trained guns at Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stating that BJP signed MoU with a non-existing NGO ‘Drop In Ocean’ in the name of digitalisation on MCD schools. While addressing a Press Conference, Sisodia said, “In the name of digitalisations on MCD schools BJP signed MoU with an NGO 'Drop In Ocean'. The NGO 'Drop In Ocean' is a team of activists of the BJP. MoU states that it will bring in CSR money and will digitalise the schools. A committee of officers was created to distribute the CSR funds to the officers. This is happening first time in India. An NGO 'Drop In Ocean' is a team of activists close to Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta, working as an NGO. This MoU is non-existent, no one knows where this NGO is working. Officials are now threatening traders in the market to give money to this NGO.”
