Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh), May 12 (ANI): Dom Raja Jagdish Chaudhary was one of the proposers of Narendra Modi, when filed his nomination from Varanasi Lok Sabha Constituency 2019. After his death, his son Hariom Chaudhary, the new Dom Raja, want to continue the honour. The 'Doms' (a scheduled caste) play a very important role in the cremation of corpses in the ghats of Varanasi.
