Anurag Thakur takes charge as Sports Minister

New Delhi, July 08 (ANI): After reshuffle and expansion of Union Cabinet on July 07, new Ministers took charge of their respective departments on July 08. Anurag Thakur took charge as the new Information and Broadcasting and Youth Affairs and Sports Minister today. He said, “I am thankful to PM Modi for giving me this responsibility. With the support of Associations, Federations, I will put in my best efforts to take Indian Sports ahead.” On the other hand Nisith Pramanik likewise others took charge as Minister of State in the Ministry of Home Affairs and Minister of State in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports .
