Assam floods: Villagers take support of boat to commute in Dibrugarh

Dibrugarh (Assam), July 11 (ANI): The flood-like situation emerged at Brahmaputra River bank in Assam because of continuous rainfall. Flood water entered into a village near Brahmaputra River. Villagers used boats for commuting from one place to another.
