Auto, taxi drivers face hardship amid nationwide lockdown

Hyderabad (Telangana), Apr 18 (ANI): Auto rickshaw and drivers of cab provider companies like ‘Ola’ and ‘Uber’ are facing hardship due to nationwide lockdown. App-based cab driver in Hyderabad said, “It has become very difficult to manage our financial expenses. Our children are also suffering. We request the state and central government to help us.” An auto driver from Delhi had no clue about his future. He said, “There is no proper food available, my all savings are also going to end, I am stuck here.” The nation is under lockdown due to coronavirus till May 03.
