‘Bharat is a responsibility’: CDS Gen Raja Subramani’s message to IIT Roorkee graduates

At the IIT Roorkee Convocation, Chief of Defence Staff General N.S. Raja Subramani spoke about the rapidly changing world and introduced the acronym ‘DHARA’—Disruptive, Hyper-connectedness, Asymmetry, Realignment and Autonomy. He urged graduates to keep learning, adapt to technological change, build resilient systems and become problem solvers.
