Bihar Panchayat polls: Candidate arrives on buffalo to file nomination in Katihar

Katihar (Bihar), Sep 13 (ANI): Ahead of Bihar Panchayat polls 2021, Mohd Azad Alam, a candidate went to file nomination papers riding a buffalo at Block office in Katihar. 11-phased Bihar Panchayat polls will take place from September 24 to December 12.
