Bihar Panchayat Polls: Voting for second phase begins

Gaya (Bihar), Sep 29 (ANI): The second phase of the voting for the 11-phase Panchayat Elections in Bihar began across 34 districts in 48 blocks on September 29. People queued up at a polling booth in Gaya's Tikri and Guraru to cast their votes. The first phase of polling was conducted on September 24 across 12 blocks in 10 districts.
