Patna (Bihar), Oct 24 (ANI): Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav released party's manifesto for Bihar Assembly elections 2020, in Patna.Tejashwi Yadav said, “This is not just our manifesto but our ‘sankalp’ that we will definitely going to deliver. Job, education, higher education, women empowerment and other, we have a detailed plan for Bihar in all these sectors.”
