Chembur incident: Ashish Shelar lashes out at BMC over failure in disaster management

Mumbai, July 18 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Ashish Shelar lashed out at Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) over failure in disaster management. He said, “Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation is a complete failure in disaster management. Why has BMC faltered in saving people's lives? They have to answer. We demand that Thackeray ji initiate an inquiry,” MLA Shelar said. In a tragic incident, at least 17 people lost their lives after a wall collapsed in the Chembur area of Mumbai on July 18.
