CM Gehlot lays foundation stone of MLA Housing Project

Jaipur (Rajasthan) August 12 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot laid the foundation stone and launched MLA Housing Project, Constitution Club Project and AIS Project and other projects of the Rajasthan Housing Board through video conference.On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the problem of residence of MLAs was very old. The MLA houses built in MLA Nagar East and West and Jalupura had become very old and dilapidated. In such a situation, solving this problem of MLAs pending for years, the government approved the MLA housing project. CM Gehlot said that the new MLA residences would have various facilities with adequate space. With this, the people of their area who come to meet the MLAs will not face any problem.A total of 160 flats are being constructed in 6 blocks of 24,160 sqm area at a cost of Rs 266 crore for the MLAs. It will also have facilities like a clubhouse, STP, gas bank and metered gas pipeline. The project area will also have a central park of 40,000 square feet. Rajasthan style architecture will be reflected in these residences being built with state of the art technology.
