Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Nov 23 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami addressed Bodhisattva Thought Series- 'Atmanirbhar: Uttarakhand @ 25', at his residence in Dehradun on November 22. While addressing the event the Chief Minister said, “Our vision for 2025 is to make Uttarakhand the best state of the country, for that we all have to come forward.”
