COVID-19: BJP leader provides food to senior citizens at doorstep in Gujarat’s Surat

Surat (Gujarat), Apr 28 (ANI): In wake COVID-19 pandemic, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Harsh Sanghavi joined a campaign to provide food to senior citizens at their doorstep in Gujarat’s Surat. The kitchen is specially made to provide better quality food to senior citizens. The food packets contains sabji, roti, rice, daal and milk bottle as well so that the senior citizens do not have to go out to fetch milk. “Starting from 250 senior citizens daily in the initial lockdown days, this number has now reached to more than 1300 senior citizens. The food is delivered door to door to the senior citizens,” said Sanghavi.
