COVID-19: Centre to provide 7 kg ration to 80 Cr needy in country

New Delhi, Mar 25 (ANI): Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar on March 25 attended a Cabinet Meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He informed the decisions undertaken. He said that Centre will provide 7-kg ration to 80 crore needy people per person per month. The wheat which costs Rs. 27 will provide it in Rs. 2 and rice which costs Rs. 37 will provide in Rs. 3. He also informed that this is world’s largest food security scheme in the world.
