COVID-19: Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren holds meeting with ministers in Ranchi

Ranchi (Jharkhand), Apr 06 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on April 06 took a review meeting with group of ministers over the work being done for the prevention of COVID-19 in the state. Finance Minister Rameshwar Oraon, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Aalamgir Aalam and Agriculture Minister Badal Patralekh attended the meeting. During the meeting, CM Soren discussed issues like food and ration distribution to people and steps taken for the migrant workers from other state and people of his state stuck in other states. Earlier in the day, Governor Draupadi Murmu also held a high-level meeting to review and evaluate the efforts taken by the state government to curtail the spread of coronavirus. Four COVID-19 positive cases have been reported from Jharkhand so far. The total number of COVID-19 positive cases in India climbed to 4,067, said the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Monday.
