COVID-19 lockdown: Police distributes food among needy in Ranchi

Ranchi (Jharkhand), Apr 23 (ANI): As country continues its fight against COVID-19, authorities have come forward to extend help to people. Police in Ranchi provided cooked food to needy amid coronavirus lockdown. “We are ensuring that people don’t remain hungry amid lockdown,” said a police official. The nationwide lockdown was imposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from March 24 as a precautionary measure against spread of coronavirus.
