COVID-19 outbreak: East Coast Railway takes precautionary measures in train coaches

Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Mar 19 (ANI): Amid growing cases of coronavirus in India, the East Coast Railway took precautionary measures in train coaches at Bhubaneswar Coaching Depot. They are disinfecting the train coaches on daily basis. The step has been taken to stop virus from spreading. Senior Coaching Depot Officer of Bhubaneswar Coaching Depot, Sakya Acharya said, “On an average, we are disinfecting and maintaining 210 coaches everyday.” More than 151 positive cases of coronavirus have been reported so far in India. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared coronavirus outbreak a pandemic.
