COVID: India reports highest-ever one-day casualty count

New Delhi, May 12 (ANI): India witnessed a dip in COVID-19 cases after the country reported 3,48,421 new infections in last 24 hours. 3,55,338 discharges were also reported in the same time. With 37,04,099 active cases, COVID caseload of the country stood at 2,33,40,938. 4205 new deaths in last 24 hours took the toll to 2,54,197. A total of 17,52,35,991 vaccine doses have been inoculated.
