Current situation in Afghanistan heightens risk of drug trafficking, terrorism: Tajikistan

New Delhi, Nov 10 (ANI): Tajikistan expressed concern over risk and possibilities of drug trafficking, terrorism due to prevailing situation in Afghanistan at Delhi Regional Security Dialogue on November 10. “As we have a long border with Afghanistan, the current situation creates extra risk and possibilities for drug trafficking, terrorism. The situation on Tajik-Afghan borders remains complicated...We, as the neighbouring country are ready to participate in all programs that can help the people of Afghanistan,” Nasrullo Rahmatjon Mahmudzoda, Secretary, Security Council of Tajikistan.
