Defence Minister reviews operational capabilities of Indian Navy during Naval Commanders’ Conference

Onboard, March 06 (ANI): Defence Minister Rajnath Singh addressed the Indian Navy Commanders’ Conference 2023 onboard INS Vikrant and reviewed operational capabilities. Union Minister interacted with the Naval Commanders and witnessed the operational demonstrations at sea. Rajnath Singh, Navy Chief R Hari Kumar and over 20 commanders discussed the future warfare from operations to logistics and the Agnipath Scheme. He exhorted them to continue focusing on futuristic capability development to effectively overcome the emerging security challenges in the maritime domain. In addition, a demonstration of indigenous products, including spotter drone, fire-fighting bot was witnessed by Rajnath Singh.
