New Delhi, Nov 03 (ANI): Ahead of Diwali festival, markets in Delhi witnessed heavy footfall on November 03. While the busy markets brought hope for better business this year, the flouting of COVID-19 norms remained a matter of concern. Large number of crowds were seen in Paharganj Market today.
