New Delhi, January 30(ANI): The Special Cell of Delhi police has arrested two accused Vikram Singh and Balram Singh, involved in spraying multiple pro-Khalistani graffiti at various locations in Delhi. The accused Vikram Singh is a close associate with one of the senior cadres of the banned organisation Sikhs for Justice (SFJ). He was tasked to spray Pro-Khalistan slogans in lieu of 2 lakh rupees by that cadre. In lieu of quick money, he contacted Balram and convinced him to execute their nefarious plan. Thereafter, they bought the multi-colour spray and painted multiple anti-national graffiti on public walls in Vikaspuri, Janakpuri, Paschim Vihar, Peeragarhi, Meera Bagh and adjoining parts of Western Delhi. Further, they also recorded videos of this act and sent them to senior cadres of SFJ abroad. After that, proscribed terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun then broadcasted it through YouTube claiming responsibility for Graffiti and threatening attack on Republic Day in Delhi. In this regard, multiple cases were registered in various Police stations in Delhi. During the investigation, the police team zeroed in on suspects after developing all the inputs. With the help of these inputs, police arrested both the accused persons. From their possession, the Police team recovered 6 spray paint bottles, 2 mobile phones, 1 motorcycle and other articles used in the commission of the crime.
