Delhi’s AIIMS planning to start plasma therapy on COVID-19 patients: Director Randeep Guleria

New Delhi, Apr 12 (ANI): Delhi’s AIIMS is planning to start plasma therapy on COVID-19 patients. Director Randeep Guleria explained how plasma therapy works in treatment of COVID-19 patients. While talking to ANI, Randeep Guleria said, “Plasma from blood of a person who recovered from COVID-19 is taken and then plasma's anti-bodies are transfused into another patient's blood which boosts their immune system.”
