Devotees offer prayers on 3rd Monday of Sawan

Varanasi/ Kanpur /Prayagraj/New Delhi, Aug 09 (ANI): On the occasion of the third Monday of the Sawan month, devotees gathered at a temple to offer prayers in Prayagraj. A huge turnout of devotees performed the ‘aarti’ at Anandeshwar Temple in Kanpur and Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi. Meanwhile, devotees gathered at the Gauri Shankar Temple to offer prayers in Delhi. Sawan, the fifth month in the Hindu calendar, is considered to be the most auspicious month of the year.
