Devotees offer prayers on Buddha Purnima in Tripura’s Agartala

Agartala (Tripura), May 19 (ANI): Devotees gathered to celebrate Buddha Purnima in Tripura’s Agartala on May 18. Buddha Purnima is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of Lord Buddha. Special prayers and sermons were being performed by devotees. The festival is celebrated across India with great fervour.
