Devotees pay obeisance to 7-year-old girl in Agartala during ‘Kumari Puja’

Agartala (Tripura), Oct 14 (ANI): As part of 'Kumari Puja', which is traditionally performed to celebrate the spirit of womanhood, devotees paid obeisance to a 7-year-old girl in Agartala, Tripura on October 13. “Swami Vivekananda started this puja to underline the importance of women,” said organiser Basudeb Maharaj.
