Doctor raise concern over lockdown 4.0 as COVID-19 cases increase

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), May 23 (ANI): A doctor from Lucknow, Ashutosh Dubey had raised concern on the fourth phase of lockdown as coronavirus cases are increasing day by day across the nation. "Traffic flow has increased amid the lockdown 4.0 as people are coming out in large numbers. It's a matter of concern as cases are increasing," said the Medical Superintendent of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee (Civil) Hospital, Dr Ashutosh Dubey.
