EDMC closes 44 out of 61 construction waste dumping sites

New Delhi, Oct 24 (ANI): East Delhi will now have 17 dumping sites instead of 61, said East Delhi Mayor Shyam Sundar Aggarwal on October 23. “To curb pollution, the East Delhi Municipal Corporation has decided to reduce the number of designated notified spots where the construction and demolition waste can be dumped. East Delhi will now have 17 dumping sites instead of 61,” he added.
