Farmers burn stubble near Singhu Border

Delhi-Haryana Border, Nov 9 (ANI): A group of farmers burnt stubble near Singhu Border on November 9. Delhi Environment Minister has blamed stubble burning for rise in pollution levels in the national capital. “Is stubble burning a new phenomenon? It’s the smoke from industrial area and vehicles that causes air pollution, not burning of Stubble," said a farmer.
