Farmers incur losses in MP's Chhatarpur amid COVID-19 lockdown

Chhatarpur (Madhya Pradesh), Apr 09 (ANI): Farmers in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur are incurring losses amid COVID-19 lockdown. They are unable to harvest their crops due to lack of labourers. Nationwide lockdown has been imposed in backdrop of COVID-19 outbreak. While speaking to ANI, one of the farmers said, "There are no labourers to harvest our crops. The machines for harvesting crops are very costly and we cannot afford them. We are worried as we have nothing to sell and earn if this continued."
