First batch of pilgrims arrives at Jammu base camp ahead of Amarnath Yatra 2026

Jammu (J&K), July 01, 2026 (ANI): First batch of pilgrims arrived at Jammu Base Camp as the annual Amarnath Yatra 2026scheduled to commence on July 3. Long number of queues was seen at Tawi riverfrontwhere on-spot registration for the yatra is taking place. Meanwhile, adequate security have been put in place by Amarnath Shrine Board to facilitate the smooth movement. Notably, holy Amarnath cave shrine will commence from July 03 and conclude on August 28.
