Game of counterfeit notes started in Maharashtra during Fadnavis’ tenure: Nawab Malik

Mumbai, Nov 10 (ANI): As political slugfest escalates between former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik, the latter levelled a series of allegations against the former on November 10. He claimed that fake currency racket was active during the tenure of Devendra Fadnavis.“On 8 Oct 2017, DRI conducted raids at BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) in which counterfeit notes with a face value of 14.56 crores were seized. Devendra Fadnavis had helped suppress this matter,” said Nawab Malik
