Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh), Aug 06 (ANI): As the festival of ‘Raksha Bandhan’ is approaching to celebrate the bond of a brother and sister, the girl students at a school in Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad made a 14-foot-long ‘rakhi’ as a symbolic gesture for country’s border forces. The students made the giant rakhi from discarded material such as old CDs, paper, plastic and other waster materials. One of the students said, “We are sending this rakhi to the soldiers who protect us by keeping the borders of the country safe. We have made this so that the wrists of our brothers in Indian Army don’t go rakhi-less.”
