Sankhali (Goa), July 28, 2026 (ANI): Goa CM Pramod Sawant addressed ‘Mann Ki Baat to Viksit Bharat – Empowering Swayampurna Goa through Knowledge and Innovation’ program in Sankhali on July 28. It was organised by Government College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Sankhali and Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali. He also encouraged students to look beyond textbooks, embrace innovation, nurture curiosity through Mann Ki Baat.
