Goa CM Pramod Sawant Hits Out at Congress Over ECI-SIR Row, Defends EVMs

Panaji (GOA), September 28 (ANI): Goa CM Pramod Sawant said, "Congress has one habit - when they do not win an election they speak of EVM and call it a black box, and when they win an election EVM becomes good. They won in Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh, so the EVMs there were good. When they did not win in Maharashtra, they spoke against EVM. After all this, they have now started speaking against the EC. Whenever an election nears, Congress starts speaking against Constitutional bodies...A news report was published to create unnecessary doubts. The EC issued a press release that cleared all doubts. People will not trust Congress anymore because they all do this unnecessarily..."
