Grateful to India for delivering oxygen in time: Vietnam Envoy

New Delhi, Sep 01 (ANI): Vietnam is very grateful to India for delivering oxygen (LMO) and oxygen concentrators, said Vietnam's Ambassador to India Pham Sanh Chau on Sep 01. “Indian Navy ship delivered oxygen just in time to save thousands of lives. We will never forget this. A friend in need is a friend indeed,” said the Vietnam Envoy.
