Sydney (Australia), May 23 (ANI): American sociologist Salvatore Babones met Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his Australia visit on May 23. Babones, who is associate professor at University of Sydney, shared his experience of meeting PM Modi. Salvatore Babones said he is impressed by Indian leadership and termed country’s democracy a “extra-ordinary” one. Highlighting his stature, Babones said that PM Modi is highly reputable in India as well as on global stage. Professor Salvatore advocated for India to become a part of G7 as world notices country’s growing global footprint. Prime Minister Modi is on a three-day Australia visit from May 22 to May 24. PM Modi will hold bilateral talks with his Australian Counterpart Anthony Albanese. Earlier, ‘Welcome Modi’ was spelled by a recreational aircraft’s contrails ahead of community event.
