HM Shah meets Pakistani refugees in Jodhpur

Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Jan 03 (ANI): Union Home Minister Amit Shah met Pakistani refugees, in Jodhpur on January 03. The refugees, while meeting with Shah, expressed gratitude to the government for bringing in the new Citizenship Amendment Act. Thanking Shah for the new Act, the refugees presented a momento to Shah. The Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 gives Indian citizenship to non-Muslim immigrants from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
