New Delhi, Jan 16 (ANI): Thick fog engulfed Delhi on January 16. Homeless people flocked to night shelters following the cold spell. Light rain was also observed in the national capital on the morning of January 16. Minimum temperature will hover around 8 degrees Celsius this week, predicted India Meteorological Department. Commuters also faced problems due to low visibility.
