HP govt announces compensation of Rs 4 lakh to kin of landslide victims

Kinnaur (HP), Aug 12 (ANI): At least 14 people have lost their lives after major landslide occurred on the Reckong Peo-Shimla highway in the Kinnaur district on August 11. Himachal Pradesh CM Jairam Thakur visited the district Hospital to meet people who got injured due to the natural disaster. He announced a compensation of Rs 4 lakh to the kin of victims.
