New Delhi, June 17 (ANI): Law and IT Minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad listed out issues triggering controversies around social media platforms. As he said, “There are 100-crore social media users in India, I am happy. Let them earn money, allow users to criticise us most welcome. But when these profit companies start lecturing us on democracy, then I would like to ask a question.”RS Prasad said, “India is a democracy as elections are fair. We won Assam and lost Bengal. Independent judiciary asks tough questions. Media questions senior ministers. That's freedom of speech and democracy. Under garb of these, if you won't comply with rules, it's misplaced argument.”
