New Delhi, June 28 (ANI): Foreign Secretary Harsh V Shringla addressed the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) at the open debate on children and armed conflict. He said, “The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted children in situations of armed conflict, including hampering access to education, health and social services. It's, therefore, important that States keep child protection concerns at the core of the pandemic response measures and recovery plans.”
