Now, paper leaks have been stopped in Rajasthan. Strict action is being taken against the culprits. Today, from this very platform, appointment letters have been given to more than 21,000 youth of Rajasthan. This is a big change. I heartily congratulate all of you in Rajasthan for this change, for the new jobs and for all the development work."
