Income Tax dept raids residence of Chhattisgarh CMO’s Dy Secretary

Bhilai (Chhattisgarh), Feb 27 (ANI): Income Tax Department officials on February 28 conducted raid at residence of Saumya Chaurasia. He is Deputy Secretary at Chief Minister Office in Bhilai. Over half a dozen Income Tax officials conducted the raid over ‘political funding’. The Income Tax department on February 27 raided over 20 premises linked to Chhattisgarh government officials and others on charges of tax evasion.
